Abbe has broad experience and skills in both qualitative and quantitative marketing research. Her advanced degree in psychology informs the psychologically-based techniques she uses for in-depth-interviews and focus groups. Abbe's clients appreciate her knowledge of their category and her insights regarding new concepts, innovative products, advertising, and packaging. Prior to joining WSM in 1994, she worked at Oxtoby-Smith, primarily in Pharma-related research. Before that, Abbe conducted health-care research for the Rusk Institute, United Cerebral Palsy, and The Maternity Center.
